Welcome to ABA Northern Services & Training Inc. We are dedicated to helping children diagnosed with
autism reach their full potential while also supporting and training parents/caregivers as they navigate
their child’s diagnosis. We uphold our core values of integrity, collaboration, and learning throughout all
our services.

Policy

1. Service Delivery Policy

1.1 Personalized Training: Each child is unique. Our training is tailored to individual needs, enabling children and parents/caregivers to excel in learning and applying various recommendations. 

1.2 User-Based System: Our innovative system allows parents/caregivers to access training modules. Upon completion, users can easily download certificates of proof directly from their account.

1.3 Payment Processing: Payments for our services are processed securely via Stripe integrated with WooCommerce. Note: No payments or sensitive financial details are directly handled by our system but by these trusted third parties.

2. Confidentiality & Data Security Policy

2.1 Client Information: We collect limited personal data, including first/last name, address, email, payment information, and chat logs to ensure seamless service delivery and communication.

2.2 IT Security: Our dedicated IT department ensures data protection through daily management, including malware scans, regular system updates, backups, and traffic monitoring. For any technical concerns, reach out to Support@wrightwebdesigns.ca.

3. Refund Policy
Should you be unsatisfied with any of our services, refund requests can be made within 15 days of purchase. Please send your request to info@abanst.com along with your payment details and reason for refund.

4. On-Site Policies

4.1 Respectful Environment: We are committed to a safe and respectful environment for both parents/caregivers and staff members. Any form of physical or mental abuse from parents/caregivers will not be tolerated and directly reported to the appropriate third party. 

4.2 Health Protocols: If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 10 days, kindly reschedule your in-person appointments to ensure everyone’s safety.

They are not associated with or diagnosed with autism, despite any interpretations that may suggest otherwise. We extend our deepest gratitude to the talented individuals and creators who have made these visuals available, enhancing the quality and engagement of our training modules.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
